The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and a message so the Nitsor team can review and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit credentials, patient or customer data, sensitive scans, storage locations, or other confidential material.

Open questions

Retention periods, legal bases, subprocessors, international transfers, data-subject request procedures, and product-data handling remain pending. They must be settled and reviewed before production customer data is accepted.
