Bringing an existing project across.
You do not start over. Existing labels land as one import commit. Their review history keeps the evidence grade "imported" instead of being quietly promoted to the standing of work done here.
That grade matters. An auditor can see which part of the history came out of another system and which part Nitsor witnessed.
